This event is held annually and open to the public. The dates for 2013 is Aug. 30, Aug 31, Sept. 1. This will be the 123rd year for this event which started out as a family reunion and evolved into a public event. We are a non-profit organization and all money made is put back into the picnic so it can continue on for many more years. Many of our events are sponsored and the auction is from donations. If you would be interested in sponsoring or donating please contact one of us below. We also welcome volunteers to help and invite people to attend our meeting. Meetings are posted on the schedule. The first meeting will be April 14th at 11:00 am at our grounds.Suggestions are always welcome, so if there is something you would like to see there please let us know. We are located at 1809 Middle Rd, Pierpont, Ohio (off of Route 167, just over the PA / OH line).
There will be camping, bingo, games, a band, DJ/ Karaoke, cash drawing, 50/50 raffles, flea market, auction, pageants, cornhole contest, draft and miniature horse pulls, car show, food, ice cream, soups, maverick poker, quarter machine, and plenty more fun and exciting things to do. Flyers will start being distributed after June 28th and raffle tickets are available now from any member. Schedule for 2013 is now complete and updated. Hope to see ya all out there this year.
